Dr. Li Fan, MD, PhD, FACOG is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist serving Poway, Rancho Bernardo, and North San Diego County. Her path spans three countries — medical training in Nanjing, a PhD in physiology from McGill University, postdoctoral research at Cornell, and OB-GYN residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Her practice philosophy is simple: listen first. Dr. Fan is known for unhurried visits, clear explanations, and treatment plans built around each patient's life — not the other way around. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, with medical Spanish.
